Deep tissue massage therapy, similar to Swedish massage. I use deeper pressure which is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. To focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints) so they can be release.
